These Terms of Service are the agreement governing use of the Stanley1913 storefront and orders placed through it. Using the site means you accept these Terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you cannot accept them, please do not use the store.

Eligibility and Proper Use

You must be able to enter a binding contract and must give accurate, current billing, contact, and delivery information. Do not use the storefront unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious code, scrape or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent transactions.

Catalog Information and Order Acceptance

The catalog includes insulated drinkware, water bottles, tumblers, food jars, coolers, lunch boxes, camp cookware, barware, and accessories. Current specifications, included parts, availability, and price appear on each product page. Screen colors and packaging can reasonably vary. An automated confirmation acknowledges an order request; we may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, payment or fraud concerns, or a legal restriction. Amounts already captured for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.

USD Payments and Tax

Checkout is conducted in USD. Available card methods are described in the Payment Policy and displayed at checkout. Issuers and processors may apply verification or authorization holds. Sales and transaction taxes are collected when required by applicable law.

Fulfillment Commitments

We deliver only within the United States. Standard delivery is free for every U.S. order without a minimum. Store processing normally requires 1–2 business days; the carrier's separate transit period after dispatch normally requires 4–6 business days. A tracking number is supplied after shipment.

You may ask to cancel before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. A return or exchange for any reason may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Stanley1913 pays return shipping for each approved return, provides a prepaid return shipping label, and charges no restocking fee. After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method; a bank or card issuer usually needs 5–10 business days after issuance to post the credit.

Ownership and Third-Party Services

Store text, graphics, branding, and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Personal shopping access is a limited permission and does not transfer ownership. Shopify, payment services, and carriers provide separate services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Warranties, Responsibility, and Mandatory Rights

To the extent the law permits, the storefront is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming goods. Liability that the law does not allow us to exclude remains unaffected; otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Updates and Governing Rules

Revised Terms apply prospectively when posted. Applicable U.S. federal law and the law associated with the merchant address below govern, subject always to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
