Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy separates the time Stanley1913 needs to prepare an order from the time a carrier needs to transport it.

United States Service and Price

Delivery is offered only to valid addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. purchases with no minimum order value.

Stage One: Processing

Before handoff to the carrier, processing normally takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles) enter that business day's queue when operationally possible; later orders enter the next business day's queue.

Stage Two: Carrier Transit

After the parcel is dispatched and accepted by the carrier, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. The carrier transit estimate does not include the separate processing period. A typical order therefore arrives in about 5–8 business days, though weather, carrier disruption, peak volume, address problems, or events outside reasonable control may delay delivery.

Dispatch Notice and Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number is sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Customers should provide a complete, accurate address and contact us immediately about a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment starts.

Loss, Damage, or Incomplete Delivery

If tracking stalls, marks an undelivered parcel as delivered, or merchandise arrives damaged or incomplete, email mudobizoxe11@gmail.com or call 641-278-3761. We will review the issue with the carrier and provide the remedy available under the Refund Policy.

Returns Do Not Lose Their Free Label

Free outbound standard shipping does not reduce the 30-day return and exchange right. For every approved return—including change-of-mind and product-problem claims—Stanley1913 supplies a prepaid label and pays return shipping.
